AsianAIgf respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

Filing a notice of infringement

If you believe that content appearing on asianaigf.com infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated agent at reopen-rewash-hush@duck.com that includes all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Counter-notice

If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to reopen-rewash-hush@duck.com containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, phone number and consent to jurisdiction.

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, restrict or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
